Ensure your insoles are within the 30-day window from the date of delivery and are in clean, resalable condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack and Label
Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your new pair within 5-7 business days.
